Holistic Counselling for Women
Through a bio-psycho-spiritual approach to counselling, Dr. Grace specializes in complex trauma, women’s issues, sexual and religious abuse, spiritual issues, first responder trauma, and Long COVID.
Dr. Grace also provides comprehensive assessments for PTSD, sexual abuse, and Long COVID.

Child Psychology
Dr. Grace works with children age three and up providing Play Therapy, Emotional and Mental Wellbeing assessments, and Parental Support.
For children older than six years of age she also offers Psychoeducational and Socio-behavioural Assessments.
With her Long COVID insights, she also works with children and families navigating health challenges and school based accommodations.

Nutritional Psychology
Understanding how essential food is to mental wellbeing and cognitive functioning, Dr. Grace offers insights to address issues with food trauma, eating disorders, and autoimmune issues (MCAS, Long COVID), with a focus on body acceptance, mindful eating, and Health at Every Size.

Integrated and Holistic Approaches
Dr. Grace utilizes a variety of integrated and holistic approaches to counselling to best meet client needs, including EMDR, Mindfulness and Acceptance Therapy, Core Shamanism, emotional rebalancing, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy.
Workshops & Group Therapy
Healing the Mother Wound focuses on facing the hurt from maternal relationships, creating boundaries, and committing to core values. (6 week virtual group; Please inquire about January 2026)
Iyengar Yoga for Emotional and Mental Wellbeing focuses on a traditional style of yoga and breathwork to address issues with anxiety, trauma, and insomnia. (Please inquire about classes and workshops)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Long COVID focuses on ACT principles and providing Long COVID survivors with evidence-based best approaches to improve quality of life and manage symptoms (6 week virtual group begins mid-Nov. 2025)
