Dr. Grace utilizes a bio-psycho-spiritual approach to counselling and empowering women to be fully themselves. She seeks to help women understand their lived experience and make the changes needed to restore wholeness.
Dr. Grace specializes in the hard stuff: complex trauma, women’s issues, burnout, autoimmune issues, sexual and religious abuse, relational betrayal, moral injury, and victims of violence.
Dr. Grace focuses on empowering women to reclaim their authentic self through compassionate exploration of lived experience, somatic authenticity, emotional stability, creating a new narrative, and helping women to re-member who they truly are.

Child & Adolescent Psychology
Dr. Grace works with children age three and up. She provides play therapy and creative interventions for children, individualized counselling for adolescents, emotional and mental wellbeing assessments, and parental support throughout children’s developmental years.
Navigating adolescence can be particularly hard on girls. Dr. Grace is passionate about helping girls understand their emotions, develop a healthy body image & self-esteem, and feel empowered in their strengths and interests.
With her Long COVID insights, she also works with children and families navigating health challenges and their need for school based accommodations.

PTSD and Complex Trauma
Trauma impacts us deeply in every way - stress response, cognitive and emotional functioning, immune system, sense of self, relationships, work, being in the world, and passion for life. You deserve to remember who you truly are before you were hurt.
Dr. Grace specializes in compassionate treatment for people who have experienced or witnessed traumatic events and endured complex trauma: first responders, victims of violence, narcissistic abuse, medical trauma, clergy perpetrated child sexual abuse, and betrayal trauma.
Dr. Grace offers an integrated approach to healing so you can make meaning of your experience and move forward with authenticity, hope, and joy.
