Holistic Counselling for Women
Dr. Grace utilizes a bio-psycho-spiritual approach to counselling. She seeks to understand each woman’s experience and design individualized interventions. She specializes in women’s issues, burnout, complex trauma, spiritual issues, sexual and religious abuse, victims of violence, first responder trauma, and Long COVID.
Dr. Grace focuses on restoring a sense of self and vitality through examining lived experience, somatic authenticity, and creating a new narrative.

Child & Adolescent Psychology
Dr. Grace works with children age three and up providing play therapy and creative interventions, individualized counselling for adolescents, emotional and mental wellbeing assessments, and parental support.
With her Long COVID insights, she also works with children and families navigating health challenges and school based accommodations.

Nutritional Psychology
Understanding how food and nourishment is essential to mental wellbeing, cognitive functioning, and physical wellbeing, Dr. Grace offers insights from the emerging field of nutritional psychology to address issues with autoimmune disorders, mental wellbeing, and eating disorders.
Nutritional psychology is beyond food choices. It is about creating a healthy relationship with food, your body, and self-nourishment. Dr. Grace focuses on healthy lifestyle choices, body image and acceptance, mindful eating, reducing weight-and health-related stigma, and Health at Every Size.

Integrated and Holistic Approaches
Dr. Grace utilizes a variety of integrated and holistic approaches to counselling and healing, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Hakomi, Mindfulness, EMDR, Core Shamanism, Emotional Freedo Technique, and Psychedelic Integration Therapy.
